I am Paul Thomas. I was born, raised, and have lived the majority of my life in Atlanta, GA (or suburbs thereof).

I am a former athlete (high school and college). My soul bears the imprint of those experiences but I really don’t follow sports teams that much (notwithstanding the Dawgs or the Braves when I can make myself watch them).

I was a GA High School Heavy Weight (undefeated) State Champion at one time. I was also a 220 lb class National Champion Wrestler in three different styles of wrestling, Greco-Roman, Freestyle, and Sombo. I further earned a Silver Medal in the Sombo World Championships in Milan Italy when I was a teenager.

I played football for Appalachian State in my freshman year of college.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from GA State University, and an MBA in Finance, also from GA State, as well I am a licensed CPA in the state of GA.

I am married to a beautiful Cuban woman who gave me three beautiful children in addition to the two that she had when we met. My son was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome (or Butt Berger’s as my son refers to it). He is brilliant but quirky. Since his diagnosis I have discovered (or rather, my wife has researched and discovered) that Butt Berger’s is hereditary… and he didn’t get it from his mother…

Beyond that my astrological sign is on the cusp between Aries and Taurus and my favorite color is blue..  🙂
